Compare riding patterns over time

I ride the same route every day so I'd like to compare myself to..myself over time. A line graph would be great with distance and speed, for example.

Automatically update followers during a race via Twitter

While racing, I'd like to send updates to my followers via Twitter but since I can't stop, I can't do this manually. I want to schedule the tweets at certain mile markers.
